Greenwich Guest Policies and Specifics Advance reservations are required, please check room availability. If you would like to be placed on our waiting list for days that are already reserved, let us know! Cancellations do happen. A two-night minimum stay is required, certain holiday periods require a three night minimum stay. Greenwich Guest is located in a private townhouse, we offer one suite (the restored historic guest quarters). Our maximum occupancy is three guests, or two adults and two children under twelve. The suite holds a queen-sized bed and a comfortable portable twin if needed, for a fourth child the sofa converts to a not-quite standard size twin bed. Well behaved children of all ages are welcome. All prices listed are for single-double occupancy, for each additional guest add $30.00 to the total.		Availability Calendar

When requesting a reservation, please indicate: -anticipated arrival and departure days -the number of nights you’ll be staying, -the number of people in your party. To obtain a confirmed reservation a deposit of 50% is required. Reservations may be made over the telephone or over the internet. Please, for your own security, do not email us your credit card number! Greenwich Guest uses pay pal to securely process all credit cards. To reserve with us on-line, we will issue a “money request” via pay pal; this will be sent directly to your email mailbox, with full instructions. Balance is due in full upon arrival. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover Card, cash, and travelers checks with proper identification. Personal checks are accepted for the remaining balance provided they are received seven business days prior to the start of your reservation. Due to the necessity and expense of changing the locks, if Guest keys are not returned, we charge a fee of $100.00 to your credit card. Cancellation policy: If canceling ten days or more before the reserved dates your deposit will be refunded, less a $50.00 re-booking fee. If canceling after the ten day grace period, your deposit will not be refunded (However, if we are able to re-let the suite in this time period, your deposit will be refunded, less 20%) There are no refunds available if departing earlier than the reserved period. Check-in is at 3 pm, check-out is at 11 am. We are happy to store your baggage for you for a few hours before or after these times. Check-in and check-out is by appointment only, so please let us know your estimated time of arrival, and keep us informed of any substantial delays, to ensure a smooth check-in process There is no daily maid service. For stays of one week and longer, the room is freshened and linens are changed mid-stay. Daily maid service and daily full linen change is available if desired, for an additional $40.00 per day requested. There is no smoking in the guest suite, hallway, or vestibule of the building. We request no loud noises or music after 10:30 pm, and no entertaining (parties). There is no phone in the guest suite. Personal messages may be received on our house line. No pets are allowed other than seeing-eye dogs.
